Since 2012 we take pictures of our customers at the best possible moment. Just after they have picked up their new bike and went for their first ride. It’s starting to become a nice colelction of Happy customers.
Sometimes it’s too busy to take a picture or the bicycle is shipped overseas. Did you buy a bike in our store, but cannot find yourself in the list?
Just send us a picture.
Like they did:
- Good morning Eric!
We got our bicycles yesterday! Everything looks fine. The ride is very smooth as we expected. See you within a few months when we cycle from Madrid to Amsterdam.
Kind regards
Raúl & María - Hi Eric,
Here are our new bikes. You probably have seen many like these. They make us super happy!
The first 3000km. are on the teller. No topspeed and 90km. a day is easy to do, without having to hurry.
I really have to get used to the new seat, Menno’s Brooks is great though.
Thanx a lot, Greetings from Edinburgh!
Astrid - Hi Eric,
In stead of postcard, I send a mail and a picture. I returned fom a tour, that has been fantastic.
A total amount of 1400 km. in three weeks from Luxembourg to the south of France. Eva is still on the way to Ljubljana.
From Des Vosges to Switserland, Chamonix and back to France, was truly great. Pretty heavy too with a lot of climbs and mesmerizing views!
The weather was heavy, 30 to 35 degrees C. Better than rain and no breakdowns.
Thanx a lot!Elise
- Reached destination North Cape about an hour ago.
Regards, Peter en Georgette
- Dear Eric,
In Juli Zephalinde and I are flying to Iceland for an adventurous tour. Could you reserve two bike boxes for us?
Naturally we will exchange them for some sweets!
Thank you and see you soon.
Wouter en Zephalinde

Saluti,
Sabine - Hi Eric and team,
Just home from my first real bike trip. I went to England for 8 weeks on my new idworx Easy Rohler.
It was a great experience. The Schwalbe Almotion tires served me well, though they could have given me some more grip off road. The Rohloff speedhub is broken in. I used all gears intensively, from 1 to 14.
Thanks to you I got a lot of pleasant comments about this perfect bicycle.
Kind regards,
Ted - It’s always nice to have Flemish customers in the store. Here are Danielle and Bob with their beautiful belt driven Santos bikes.
